All Polish Pottery is hand-painted by Polish artisans making each piece a "one-of-a-kind." It is freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe. The pottery is decorated with lead-free glazes.
Polish farmers created these traditional designs with inspiration from the proud peacock. Over the years, the technique of using handmade stencils to create the designs has become a form of art passed on to new generations. They now make pottery with more colors and detailed patterns. Some of the more intricate patterns are "Unikat" pottery (as pictured above), which means signature or unique. These pottery pieces are signed by the artisans.
